Vision

Mernda and Hazelglen Uniting Churches are active and enthusiastic participants in the Whittlesea Region Mission Advisory Forum.

With great hopes for the future, we are renovating the church buildings at Mernda, making them safe and inviting for young children. A new kitchen with modern appliances has been installed, an adjacent meeting room repainted, and plans are underway for the installation of gas heating in the hall and church.
We are awaiting with interest the decision of the Synod Standing Committee at the end of October on whether approval will be given for the establishing of a low fee Uniting Church school,
Acacia College, in Bridge Inn Rd, Mernda.
